Modelo de gestión de abastecimiento para el mejoramiento del área de compras de la empresa soluciones institucionales del llano (SIDELL S.A.S.)

Abstract

The objective of this degree work is to propose a supply management model in the purchasing area for organizational and productive strengthening in the company Soluciones Institucionales del Llano S.A.S. With the purpose of improving the supply chain as an integral organizational axis in a complete and practical way, considering the importance of the role of the purchasing and supplier management area. The formulation of this model would positively affect the management of resources for the optimization of organizational activity. For this, the PEST matrix (Acronym for "Political, Economic, Social and Technological") was developed, which allows identifying and measuring the market and potential from factors of the general and external environment, as well as the DOFA matrix (Acronym for "Weaknesses, Opportunities, Strengths and Threats) which evaluates both external and internal factors that affect and influence the development of the company. The foregoing was carried out in the diagnosis, as a result of the results of the investigation of the environment as well as from the applied survey, where a mixed methodology (qualitative and quantitative) with a descriptive observational approach was developed. Supported by photographic evidence and observation of researchers. With the proposed methodology and the results obtained, it was possible to identify the opportunities for improvement in the area of purchases and supplier management with the diagnosis of the supply processes, with which the availability of the products can be determined, which is the key factor of the company, since without it will be at a disadvantage compared to its competitors, considering that this improvement would not affect the company's resources.
