Abstract
This research work is based on exploring the importance and benefits of humanized treatment in the labor of ten women of Venezuelan origin, given from the moment in which the labor begins, hence the birth plan is presented. once she enters the medical service through emergencies and how from the perspective and the story unfolds the management that the medical staff has towards the woman because from her protagonist she expresses her preferences, needs, desires and expectations about the process of labor and birth respecting her 40 weeks of management, or if for some health reason either on the part of the baby or its parent, establish the health status of both, this type of care includes, who should be present, where it should happen, how you would like it to be it the environment in the hospital or clinic, what is the position of your preference compared to the humanized treatment by the medical services, such as the care received by doctors you, anesthesiologists, general practitioner and nursing care that is the deal that involves the way in which such care is implemented, what pain relief methods do you want to use or do not want, what you want done or left to do to your newborn. With this, they must have respect for the gestational process they are going through so that their final process, that is, the delivery is carried out in a humanized way, which provides emotional moments for the mother with skin-to-skin contact with the son of her.
